Group exercise - 9 interviewees given a scenario and were asked to discuss which option is best and why. 2. practical lab skills test - Mole calculation in solutions, making a solution 3. formal interview - 20+ questions, the usual questions of strengths weaknesses etc, but bulk of questions were situational
