Straightforward process of applying online, followed by a Skype interview with one manager, then a face-to-face interview with other managers/potential colleagues. The video interview was fairly straightforward, using mostly competency-based questions. The face-to-face interview required a presentation, followed by further technical and competency questions. Really lovely interviewers and seemed like a great team to work with, but unfortunately I wasn't successful - I feel the vacancy required more technical knowledge around elearning than I currently have.
