Entretien
The interview process was seamless and went on without any hassle. I had applied for the position through a referral and got a call from the HR within a week of me sending across my resume. I had the first general round of interview with the HR to check my eligibility to see if i would be a good fit for the role. Post the 1st round, i was informed that i would having a second telephonic interview round with the operations manager. I received a mail for the HR informing me about the interview date and time and they also called me to inform the same. I was provided an option of either taking the call from home or if i would wish to come to office to take the call so that they could make the arrangements accordingly. I chose to come to office and the HR had scheduled the call accordingly. I had the 2nd round with the operations manager and after the interview, i was informed that i was through to the 3rd and final round which would be with the project lead and again was a telephonic round and the call was scheduled accordingly. I requested the HR again that i would be coming to office for the interview and it was scheduled accordingly. Finally after the 3rd round, i was informed that the HR would be getting in touch with me. The HR called me after 2 days informing me that i was selected for the role and had a talk with me regarding the pay, joining date and other benefits and once this was agreed upon, sent me the offer letter.

2 zoom rounds of interview followed by selection , They mainly conducted the zoom interviews which is a video interview and followed documents verification . There was no HR round as such. My salary got fixed by call and they gave me good hike :)
