Upon my applications I received an email of an HR lady in which gotta answer few basic questions about motivation factor, notice period and salary expectation. Even the job description was about a senior role (e.g. looking for someone with 7+ years of service delivery experience and other similar mature level of experience) the response contained a kinda "sorry" and stating they've been looking for a junior someone... :( (fortunately it was also written the given salary expectation was far away from their imaginations) :)
