Applied online and then after a short period I was asked to complete a video interview in which I had to record myself answering competency based questions as well as a few case study questions

I applied online and did online assessment. Still waiting for a face to face interview invite. The assessments are fair but challenging as well. They are also timed but with the right preparation, you can easily ace them

There was an initial video interview which lasted around 30 minutes. It began with 4 questions with 30 seconds to prepare for each and then either a one minute or two minute answer expected. It then moved onto a case study where you had to provide recommendations on launching a new spirit in the US.
