J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deutsche Bank (Dublin, Dublin) en janv. 2015
Entretien
I was interviewed by the line manager of the team I would be working with a manager from another team. The interview was very pleasant, and both of my interviewers did their utmost to put me at my ease. There were quite a few competency-based questions, but nothing dreadfully difficult - most were scenarios that could easily have been prepared in advance. At the end of the interview, there was a short mini-interview with a German team member to test my level of German.

Highly Professional Interviewer. Very warm and friendly, Work culture is also commendable. The interview was well-structured and professional, focusing on technical knowledge, problem solving, and communication skills, while providing a transparent overview of the role and expectations
The interview process for the Operations Analyst role at Deutsche Bank was overall average. While the questions were relevant and aligned with the role, the interaction lacked depth and engagement. There was minimal insight into team culture or growth opportunities, which could have improved the overall candidate experience.
