Did three interviews only to reach final stage and never received a response back. i emailed the recruiter a couple of times but nothing. They simply closed my application at the end of it after a month of non-response without providing any feedback.

Can you tell me a scenario where you have heightened compliance risk?
Can you name a few ways to mitigate these risks?
They will push you to disclose your previous salary and use that as a benchmark to negotiate your compensation, which I think is not ethical. If you decide not to disclose, your application won’t move forward. The HR even asked me to send my most recent payslip even when I kept telling her that such information is confidential. A candidate’s salary should be based on what he/she/they bring to the table, and not on their previous salary. Bad experience.

First round is the video interview with the line manager.
Then second round is the department head interview.
The interview was around an hour questioning on the previous work experience and scenario based questions.
