I was invited to the interview at PBC although I applied for CB&S. I was rejected in the first place but got a phone call from an employee of my team, asking if I could imagine to make my internship at their department. I took the invitation and just had an interview with two colleagues without any HR persons.

One case study presentation based off 30 minutes with the material to prepare.
Friendly and polite interviewers, invested in drawing out best answers.

40 Min TI, asking basic competency why DB, why O&A, recent news deal (I spoke about HSBC IB regional closure.) Also asked basic behavioural tell me about a time question yourself etc. super chill easy stuff.
