I applied through an employee and was called for 3 rounds of interviews spread across a month. The first two rounds were through video conference with the team based out of USA and UK and the final round was an in-person round. The interviewers were looking for someone who can adapt to the needs of the business and has an aptitude for learning. Very basic technical questions were asked. Most of the questions were behavioral and based on prior work experience.

Phone screen and panel interview with 4 people. All had their cameras off even though HR specified it would be a video interview. Very awkward and 2 of them didn't ask me any questions or talk. Did not hear back from HR regarding update on application status.
