Good interview process consisting of one 30-minute interview with a member of HR. She was very polite and it did not really feel like an interview. She reassured me when I explained to her that I was quite anxious, and after asking me questions she explained what the programme would entail.

Lengthy online assessment with different sections: Cognitive and Behavioural. No Coding Questions, only logical reasoning and pattern recognition as well as behavioural, e.g how you would respond to certain situations.

Telephone interview - pretty standard questions. Around 15 minutes, just trying to better understand my motivations and why I'd be a good fit for the company. Before this was the standard CV screening, OA and HV.

Application, Online test, Hireview (3 questions) and then telephone interview with an associate (25 minutes). HV was motivational and the telephone interview was mostly behavioural and some commercial awareness questions
