The entire process began with on campus interviewing and information sessions. Initial interviews were given on a first come, first served basis immediately following the information session. Within a few days I had a phone interview set up with a group. Shortly after that interview, I was scheduled for an office visit which would entail a 1:1 interview with a Director. Additionally, they scheduled two more in-person interviews on the same day. By the time I was done, the entire process took a week. I had an offer just a few days after those interviews, after completing some additional paperwork.
