Applied Online. Got an e-mail a week later for a phone interview which consisted of pretty easy common questions. No questions about the finance industry. The whole phone interview lasted about 15 minutes. They just want to get a glimpse at you.

Applied through the company website, then I was invited for the introductory phone call. When I received the email and the interview was set the day after. I had not much time to prepare for the interview, but questions on Glassdoor helped me a lot.
