I took the Bloomberg Assessment Test in November, the employer searched my profile through their site and emailed me about a phone interview, which was 30-45 minutes long, all behavioral as it is a training program. Was informed that I was invited to the interview day the coming friday in NY where each candidate had three 30 min interviews with 2 interviewers in each, again mostly behavioral. There were only two rounds for this position.
