Initial contact was with recruiter. Wow him/ her and you are almost guaranteed an interview. Need a decent resume and experience too. Two round of interviews led by two managers of different divisions. 10-15 minute rounds. One asked technical questions such as PV/ FV, excel operations, Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Stations, etc. The other asked DB detailed oriented questions. Operations, financials, etc. There was an informal financial test, about 5 questions as well.
Highly Professional Interviewer. Very warm and friendly, Work culture is also commendable. The interview was well-structured and professional, focusing on technical knowledge, problem solving, and communication skills, while providing a transparent overview of the role and expectations
The interview process for the Operations Analyst role at Deutsche Bank was overall average. While the questions were relevant and aligned with the role, the interaction lacked depth and engagement. There was minimal insight into team culture or growth opportunities, which could have improved the overall candidate experience.
