I applied online through my college's job board. I had an initial phone interview where we discussed what my role would be and a brief description of the company. I talked about my background and how I would apply my skills to this role. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was around 30 minutes. I walked them through my portfolio, the conversation was pretty relaxed and easy going. I then received an email about a week later with an offer.
