I was told it'll be a 2 stage process with 1 optional to meet the team. This became a 4 stage process with no optional steps. I was eventually low-balled at the offer stage so declined the offer.

Entretien
Following an initial conversation with HR, the first interview is with the hiring manager, then a technical interview with a senior+ engineer (staff) and a behavioural panel interview. Your HR representative stays in touch throughout the process. Interviews, responses and feedback were timely.
