My interview process was unique in that I wanted to really take my time to ensure it was a good fit for me, and vice versa. It stretched almost four months, and eventually the recruiter helped make a very informed and educated decision. I was very concerned about company culture as I had been burned by really sour, poor company cultures in the past at startups run by children.
