The Delta flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment that includes situational and personality questions. If selected, you'll complete a pre-recorded video interview, then potentially move on to a live virtual interview. Successful candidates are invited to a face-to-face interview in Atlanta, which includes group activities, one-on-one interviews, a reach test, and a document check. If offered a conditional job, you'll need to pass a background check, drug test, and FAA physical standards before being invited to unpaid training. After completing the 6–8 week training, you’ll graduate and receive your base assignment.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I want to come here and say. The virtual ODVI is based on behavioral questions and situations practice your start method is very important easy and hard all at the same time.
Name a time when you held yourself in high standards. Name a time you didn’t follow rules but knew you at to something along those lines. I can’t remember exactly. But practice everyone. Star method best of luck to all. Keep trying don’t give up.
