Arrive 10-15 minutes early Ask for the Delta hiring event @ the front desk Parking Validation at the time of check-in Wear Black pants and a white collared T A change of clothes (comfortable/workable) Bring snacks and something to drink iPhone, charger, AirPods 2 Forms of government-issued ID Social security # Talk to Delta workers (ask questions) Fingerprinting, Badge, Blood Pressure Health History and Physical Ability Test Interview Questions? (Answer questions in STAR format) Situational Task Action Result. When did you go above and beyond for a customer? When was a time you had to prioritize safety? When was a time you confronted an unsafe situation? Why do you want to work for Delta? Why Delta? How have you handled a difficult customer? If you had a coworker not doing their assigned job, how would you handle it? Tell me about yourself. When was a time you provided good customer service?

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.
