Interview is very well coordinated and standardized with interviews for other candidates. Arrived at the Delta Headquarters. Greeted by HR representative who provided an overview of the interview requirements. Greeted by the pilot responsible for hiring who explained interview expectations. Completed a one-hour interview with two pilots and one HR rep, then an MMPI assessment. If successful, job offer is extended after completion of these requirements, and initial HR actions are taken (fingerprinting, urinalysis, psychiatry assessment). Very professional process throughout.

Propel interview process consisted of application, online test of skills and cognition. Finally an interview that was a general HR type interview rather than a strictly technical interview. Interviewed with two pilots but others had an Hr person as well.
