Very straight forward interview, not very technical but very broad with a focus on different metrics. Group / panel made of 4 individuals from different departments but on the same project: 1 team lead/manager, a direct team supervisor, 1 hr lead, 1 customer service team lead

Very long process, they respond with excuses whenever asked for an update. Salary negotiation is really strict and they won't even budge a single rupee

Entretien
The interview process included 3 rounds. The first was a video interview with four questions, and you could re-record your responses as many times as you liked. The second round was a virtual interview with two hiring managers that lasted about an hour. It covered both behavioral and technical questions and included a 15-minute presentation. The final round was an in-person interview (about 45 minutes) focused on team fit.
