I got an on-the-spot interview at the SHPE 2023 Conference and got an offer next week. It was a total of 5 questions with 3 behavioral, 1 technical, and 1 creative thinking.

I had a phone interview after a job fair. I was interviewed by two people who took turns asking me behavioral questions. Very straight-forward, they weren't trying to trick me in any way
