J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en août 2015
Entretien
My overall experience was positive, the whole process only took 1 month for me. In general everything is as stated in other reviews. The F2F interview we were asked to sate our names, where we were from and employment. Honestly everything was quite simple! However I have no idea what Delta is looking for as they accepted the person who came late and missed the whole intro, and the person wearing a pink blazer ( 5 people where accepted) It does not matter what you wear!! You don't have to come in looking like a flight attendant, you don't have to mingle with everyone (although I suggest you should as it would be awkward to just sit there) Because most of the people they picked did not socialize and stuck with one group or person. All I'm saying is just be yourself and if they don't choose you try again or don't! There were people in my group who have tried 3-4 times to work with Delta. Overall the people where great I had good conversations with everyone that I spoke to and was happy to have experienced this.
TIP: Be aware that during training you will have to spend money out of your own pocket. I was told during the F2F by a Flight Attendant that they do give you a list of things to buy almost like a uniform for the training. You also have to buy your own food during training as well it is not free.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
