I applied in June 2015. I received an email to take the online interview. Within 2 weeks I was invited to Atlanta for a F2F interview. When I arrived there was about 35 other people. We all talked to each other for an hour or so before we were invited upstairs.we were separated into groups A-C. Your actual interview with 2 individuals one FA, and an HR employee, will occur depending on your group letter. A's interview first, C's last. The questions that were asked were not easy questions and although I felt like I had prepared like a pro, I felt like I stumbled through the interview. Delta uses the STAR method, look this up and try to incorporate the words Situation, Task, Action, and Result in your response. I chose not to do that, and u stead went with a more narrative method, but the HR employee seemed to have difficulty following along without hearing the specific word. For instance, after the question is asked, you should begin with something like "In this particular situation....the task I knew I had to accomplish was....the action I took was.....the result of my action was....". Stick to this, I did not, and I was not offered a position. I have to say that I killed every other aspect of that interview process. I smiled at all times and talked to everyone. I worked the room introducing myself to employees and other interviewees. But I knew I wasn't going to be offered a position as I struggled through the F2F.
