So it starts off where you’re waiting in the start of the day I recommend arriving early. Then they split you up into groups, my session only had 2. One group started with the F2F and the other started with the cart activity where you stock the cart which you have 20 minutes to do with your group. After that watched a video and then it was Q & A time. Then it was the end of interview and we got sent out by group 1 & 2 & 3. Group 3 got the CJO on the spot which was only 3 or 4 people in the entire interview. If you get sent out in 1 or 2 you probably didn’t get the job but you definitely never know so put your best foot forward.
