J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en juill. 2015
Entretien
Very quick interview process. I applied online and was offered to do a video interview in about a week. I was offered to do a phone screening about another week later. I was then asked to come to Atlanta for an in person interview. The whole process took a month. I arrived in Atlanta but had to stay a night in a local hotel. Most hotels are booked while these interviews are going on and are about $100 a night. Very difficult when you are unemployed hoping to land a job. The interview itself was a total beauty contest. Everyone is looking you up and down the first 5 minutes you are on the lobby. The day lasted 4 hours. You meet all the other 50 plus applicants and delta employees. The day consists of meeting one on one with a flight attendant and learning about Delta as a company. All the employees were very fake . Fake smiles . I caught some even whispering about the applicants and laughing on more than one occasion. let Delta know about this after the interview. Very unprofessional.
At the end of the day they call names of who got the day. In my session they called 4. 4 out of about 55 applicants. Terrible. The people they called honestly had nothing special to point out. It honestly seemed like they chose 4 random names out of a hat. Then they said they would call others or email us to inform us all about the decision. They sent us all to the airport in a shuttle saying goodbye. I really was frustrated with this whole process. I loved delta as an airline but after this I am not a returning customer.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
