Pretty quick process, all in all. I was sent a video interview request within 2 weeks of applying online. The video interview was challenging, for me at least. Only 2 minutes each question, and each question had multiple questions within. Most other airline video interviews allow up to 5 minutes each and ask much more simple questions! I was given a TBNT about 2 weeks after submitting my interview. I feel like Delta is very choosy, but I also think they are looking over some fabulous folks by having such a challenging interview process.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
