IN PERSON interview - Delta flew me to Atlanta. They made sure to accommodate me with best times that worked for me for my flight. I could choose to fly on the date of my interview or day before. I chose the day before and it was great because I had enough time to get ready and review all my possible questions. Getting to the headquarters I felt extremely welcome. People were clapping, cheering. It was an amazing and unique time.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
