Sit and a room with a little over a dozen other people. Watched a presentation with a higher up about what they do and how they started, about the position and the benefits working with them. Followed by one on one interviews (they follow the STAR method) and then if you’re good they give you the conditional job offer.

Long long but if you’re willing to go through the eight month process, it’s definitely worth it stick with it and they consequences are great you just have to be consistent and study.

I was asked to videotape myself answering some interview questions but felt that I was at a disadvantage because I dislike being on film and the questions were too specific to allow for a natural answer so pretty sure I came across stuff and vague.
