J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines en avr. 2015
Entretien
Applied online and about ten days later I received an email inviting me to do a video interview. Four days later, a recruiter called and asked me about tattoos, body piercings and willingness to work weekends, nights, holidays. She then told me I would receive an email within seven days. The email would give me options of interview dates. The company would fly me to Atlanta. She also told me to contact the recruiting department if I had not heard anything in ten days.
I did not receive an email in the time frame promised, so I emailed them as instructed. I immediately received a return email telling me that no more interviews were available.
Boo Delta!!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
