sent in my app and got an email to do video interview (via hireview app) 2 weeks later. Video interview was situational questions, basically, if you tell a story in STAR format you will get accepted (they said that during the f2f interview). Only 20% will go on to f2f interview. After video interview, got a call 3 days laters asking about tatoo and stuff. 1 day later received emails about flight tickets and information about the f2f. F2F day was crowded, they will walk you into a room full of flight attendants and HR's, you will then be free to go talk to them. Don't mingle with other interviewees too much, talk to the FA's and HR's in the room so they'll remember your name. I'm not gonna give advice like smile the whole time or talk the whole time lol, because I've seen people like that at the interview and it was so obvious. They weren't genuine and didn't get accepted.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
