I applies back in October 2014 , got invited for the video interview in December 2014, they asked me some questions and it was all about customer service and how to deal with a difficult co-worker .
Two weeks later I recieved an email followed by a phone call just to gather some more informations like passport number and which Airport is nearest to me .
few days later they send me the ticket and the interview informations .
