J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en oct. 2014

ok I've posted this on Indeed under the DELTA AIRLINES 2015 ATLANTA F2F INTERVIEWS and i'll post the same thing on here as well so people have something positive to look forward too....
The process took 4-5 weeks to get to my f2f... i must say it was an eye opening. I had my f2f yesterday morning (10/21 @ 7:30) and even though i did not get an offer I had a great time and learned a lot. When you get there the FA's and HR reps are so welcoming and cheerful. The other interviewees are as excited and happy to be there as you'll be. SMILE, make friends, chit chat and just be yourself. It was my first time going.
I really have have nothing bad to say about DELTA and the hiring process. It will remain my #1 choice. i'm not gonna lie i was so heart broken to leave without an offer as i though there were so many great people. Don't try to stand out too much because IMO there were two people that got a CJO from my session that pretty much were low key compared to everyone else. They watch your every move but also chat with you, make you laugh, ask you questions and answer your questions. I'm sure it's very difficult for them as well to pick people. The flight attendants and HR reps are really happy to be there and to be doing their jobs overall, and their smiles and cheerfulness will calm the atmosphere so there you now know to go in there expecting that these are not as bed as some of these blogs make them to be... frankly, I was pretty nervous myself when i got there.
There were 50+ people in my session and about 10 people got CJO. I met so many great people there who will calm you down, be there for you, and understanding the feeling and the interviewers were really awesome. Please go in there and have fun (what is meant to be will be and if not there is always a next time) this was my attitude the whole time. When you do get the 2-on-1 interview remember the STAR format! If you skip something from the STAR format, they ask you again what it was (for ex, if you do not state the result, they'll say, "so what was the result?" so in a way they're very understanding and try to calm you down. Again, be calm, grab water if you'd like and take your time answering!
Good luck to everyone!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
