I applied at the end of August and received an e-mail to complete a video interview on 9/26/2014. After receiving the invitation to the video interview, you have 3 business days to complete. I completed my video interview on 9/30/2014 and now I'm playing the waiting game. The video interview is pretty cool. You actually are allowed a break between questions if needed. After given the questions, you have a 30 second prep time, and 2 minutes to answer. I recommend using the practice questions to make sure you are looking at the camera the entire time instead of your face on the screen. It lets you replay your practice video so you know what you should work on. I also recommend reading through the interview reviews on this site. Every single one of the questions I was asked were either on one persons interview review or another. Good luck to you!

Use the Star Method to answer all questions.
I was asked 5 questions:
1. Describe a situation where you demonstrated initiative. (I practiced this question many times and it sounded very good until I got on camera. Don't let your nerves get to you like they did me.)
2. Describe an instance where you had to work with a co-worker who had a strong personality. (This one caught me a little off guard, but I did my best.)
3. Describe a situation where you went above and beyond customer service.
4. Describe a situation when you had to deal with a co-worker who wasn't pulling his/her weight.
5. Describe a situation where you felt like a co-worker was being dishonest.
I felt confident in my answers starting with question #3.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I want to come here and say. The virtual ODVI is based on behavioral questions and situations practice your start method is very important easy and hard all at the same time.
Name a time when you held yourself in high standards. Name a time you didn’t follow rules but knew you at to something along those lines. I can’t remember exactly. But practice everyone. Star method best of luck to all. Keep trying don’t give up.
