First, you do the phone interview. They ask you few questions and if you do good they keep asking you more questions. Advise: dont get nervous, relax and take ur time to answer the questions. Second, once you pass, they will set you up f2f interview. Same process as the phone interview then within hours they call me to offer me a job. Third, they give you all the paperwork to do including drug test, fit test and hearing test. Also finger printing and background test.
