I received a phone interview a week and a half after applying online. It was 9:30am on a Sunday morning. The interview started off great but I unfortunately did not have my pass port on hand so the process had to be put on hold and she gave me a number to call when I had my information. I was devastated. As soon as I called home and got my information I started calling back, first I got a voicemail. I left my name and number and reason for calling. I did not let this stop me and called about four more time over then next few hours and finally got a hold of a male and we went on immediately with the interview. Which i think went well.

A toddler is sleeping on the floor in front of their parent's feet, the seat belt sign is on and this is against safety regulations. What do you do? The parents do not want to wake their toddler.
Name two instances when you knew someone was being dishonest. Work-related or in life. What did you do to handle the situation and how did the person respond.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I want to come here and say. The virtual ODVI is based on behavioral questions and situations practice your start method is very important easy and hard all at the same time.
Name a time when you held yourself in high standards. Name a time you didn’t follow rules but knew you at to something along those lines. I can’t remember exactly. But practice everyone. Star method best of luck to all. Keep trying don’t give up.
