I interviewed for the Amsterdam role. The interview consisted of 1 HM interview, 3 tech discussions (30mins each), 2 behavioural (30mins, culture fit) and 1 very long assignment which takes days to complete properly. I was exhausted by the process and they refused to disclose the salary. I guess that was the red flag number one that I ignored at the time. In the end they gave me a very generic rejection that tied to the first tech discussion i had. So they put me through all the rounds, with 0 intentions of ever hiring me. The most disgusting thing was that as part of the assignment i had to login to databricks to finish it and i gave my information(email, phone..). In 1 week a sales person called me and asked to talk to my manager to sell Databricks products to my company. I explained to him that i am using databricks purely for interview, he didnt care. I have blacklisted this company. I am just sharing this experience to warn other people on what to expect.
