It was an online assessment that had a generous amount of time limit. The questions were fairly simple but you will need to break down your thought process for each answer. For anyone taking these assessments, take your time to read the instructions to fully understand each problem, explain your reasoning in as much detail as possible, and do not take help from AIs as it is strictly forbidden. The platform is great and I have been earning a good amount of money working full-time.
In order to qualify for the coding projects, you would need to pass the coding assessment. Once you're in, you would need to do different assessment in order to be qualify for different projects.
Absolute waste of time and not the kind of company you'd want to work with. The assessments aren't complicated but they do take a long time, and they don't reject anyone formally - but they keep you in their candidate backlog for when their existing workers leave. Overall, it's just a really scummy company.
