The interview consisted of 3 steps. First of all i was interviewd by an HR, few days later i was seen by a Senior Brand Manager from the R&D side and finally followed by a final interview by an Brand Manager from the R&D (Danonino) who was making the final decision and was my boss. I want to add that the psychological character in R&D is quite similar. Everyone are very energaetic, positive and flexible, making the whole department function in a very positive and enthusiastic manner.
