First round included an online test which was a mixture of behavioural and relevant questions for a finance role. Round two included behaviours questions set ahead of time which were graded out of 5 by HR. The third and final round was a business case presentation which was sent in advance. Questions were asked by the interviewers based on the presentation. The HR team has been the best I have experienced. They were very transparent and provided me with really useful feedback.
