I participated in the selection process for the Junior Accountant CZSK position at Danone. I was in contact with two woman, unfortunately web doesn't let to disclosure these ones, the recruiters. I was told I would receive feedback within a week. However, more than a month has passed since the interview, and I haven’t received any response – not even after a follow-up reminder. I understand that recruitment processes can take time, but basic communication and respect towards candidates should be a given. Unfortunately, this approach left me with a negative impression. Such treatment leaves an unpleasant impression of an otherwise well-known international company, from which I would expect a more professional attitude.

Online-Bewerbung. Nach einer Woche Einladung, zum Telefoninterview. Anschließend Online-Assessment und letztendlich Einladung zum 1-tägigen Assessment Center. Gliederung des Assessment Centers: Selbstpräsentation (15 Min.), Case Study (Vorbereitung (15 Min.) + Präsentation) und Gruppendiskussion (Vorbereitung Einzelperson (15 Min.) + Gruppendiskussion (15 Min.). Nach dem Mittagessen gab es dann einzelne Feedback Gespräche und leider die Absage. Laut HR über 100 Bewerber. 9 Bewerber wurden zum Assessment Center eingeladen. Ein einziger Bewerber hat die Stelle erhalten.
