1.Phone interview, the HR called me and asked about my basic information, as well as self introduction 2.On site interview with the department manager, mainly focused on working experience 3.On site interview with the plant director, mainly focused on career planning, problem solving and the reason to resign from previous company. The most important is your english skill.
