The interview process was slow and poorly organized. I applied for a full-time position in mid-January. Two weeks later, I was sent an online assessment, which I passed. Another six weeks went by before I was contacted about scheduling a phone screening. After the phone screening, another month went by, and I had to send reminders to the recruiter before I got any response.

STAR based behavioral questions. Might consist of two rounds with a tool testing which they make you aware of beforehand. Be prepared with examples from prior experience which will relate to the common behavioral questions

Entretien
This role required a panel interview. The panel consisted of four managers from the department and they each took turns asking questions related to the role and my experience. Most of the questions were behavioral interview questions. The interviewers strongly relied on the STAR format to measure my responses.
