Interviewed over the phone, heard back within a couple of weeks. Also filled out an online application which included a skills test/problem solving test that was somewhat difficult. The entire application/interview process was lengthy and there were many corresponding e-mails. The interviewer was very friendly and didn't ask many difficult questions, she just wanted to get to know my personality and why I wanted to work with their company.
