Completed online application. Was contacted by recruiter few days later to schedule phone interview. Was asked basic behavioral questions. Interview was real easy, felt like I did pretty good. Recruiter wasn't unfriendly but she wasn't friendly either. Got an email a week later saying that they weren't moving forward with my application.
