Was on site interview, was smooth. It was in the middle of formal and informal interview. I was selected through career fair. With my resume, they asked me more details about my experiences and leadership roles.

Entretien
The interview is a brief two-round process, One Behavioural and other is Technical/Functional. I applied through their website got a call within a week. The first round was Behavioural/HR questions, I managed to clear it and after a week got a mail from the technical manager regarding the functional interview. The interview was completely based on situational ability and resume screening. After a week I received an offer letter from Cummins.

Entretien
I applied through Cummins website and receive an email to schedule a phone interview. The process took about 5 days. The phone interview was not what I expected, questions were too random and the interviewer seemed like a robot.
