It was advertised on my university job board, applied and filled in the relevant details and got a call a few weeks later saying i had an interview. The interview process was very different to what i thought it was going to be, very relaxed and a conversation to get to know you, with many interviews they are there to trick you out but with the two managers i sat down with a very free flowing conversation just asking about my life from 16 - 21 pretty much.
