Interview consisted of an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed up with an in person interview with the hiring managers supervisor, because hiring manager was out of the country. Once the hiring manager returned to the US, a face to face interview was scheduled and conducted. All interviews were professional and highly detailed regarding the specific characteristics required for the job I interviewed for.

Position requires managing projects between Cummins and a key supplier and is managed through a global agreement, so questions related to skilss in managing diverse projects across cultures, companies and departments.

The interview went great. It was a panel interview with the hiring manager and two project managers. There were behavioral and role-specific questions . Answers had to follow the STAR method.

Entretien
More intense than expected, was very detailed and process driven, focused on situational scenarios more than behavioural assessments. Couple of interviews with the hiring manager and director and then a final interview with another director.
