As long as you know your basics as a fitness professional your interview will go smoothly. Keeping up to date with industry knowledge is a huge must. Dress for an interview don't dress for the gym.

They were really nice and super chill both for the phone and in-person interview. When I showed up they gave me a tour of the gym and ironed out small details when I came in.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.

Was punctual, and helpful to learn something new. However, they did not get back to me about the decision. Can be offered different options to see how I will be doing.
