The managers were great and super nice. The conversation flowed and was very relaxed. They just want to get to know you. Do some research on crunch beforehand and get a solid understanding of their philosophies.
Going over expectations as a trainer, doing lead generation with at least five leads, mock workout case study and taking manager through kickoff and memorizing elevator pitch and phone script. Going over work availability/hours

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
